HIGH SCHOOL ALL NIGHT PARTIESLet us curate the flow and entertainment for your High School's All Night Party. While it may seem like an easy task, planning committees have found it extremely beneficial to have us year after year as the constant guide to this tricky event type. Whether the budget is $5,000 or $25,000 for entertainment and lighting, we help parents tackle several recurring challenges that come up year after year. Our goal is to help you create such an engaging event that no student would want to miss it!

WELLESLEY HIGH SCHOOL: AN ALL NIGHT PARTY PERFECTED OVER 6 YEARSWe have helped parents plan and produce the "WELLESLEY ALL NIGHT PARTY" for the past 6 years. Each year, new volunteers comprise the committee and they rely on our guidance to help their event succeed and evolve. Below is a demonstration of our work on this incredibly successful event. We strive to make the experience so unbelievable for the students that the events' true purpose is nothing more than an afterthought for our young guests.

WELCOME WOWWe always provide an initial WOW as the kids walk in to get them excited about the event. We like to make it clear that this event is not a ploy to get them to hang out in their school instead of an unsavory alternative. The WOW lets them know that this is actually the sweetest place to be and that serious resources were put forth to make it so. The adjacent pictures show our DJ & LIVE DRUMMER WELCOME and our CUSTOM MONOGRAM projected on the school.

PHASE 1: Main Floor Entertainment (10:00PM - 11:00PM)Kids come in hungry and ready to take on the everything we can throw at them. Their natural inclination is to explore which is why it is important NOT to have all programs open right away. Once everything is seen and assessed, the event can lose its mystique which is one step from away from being boring. At the start, it is important to have utilitarian entertainment that can engage LOTS of kids at once. Casino, Giant Arcade Games, & Moonbounce can all see lots of kids in a short period. In other years we have provided a karaoke program for kids who want to make a spectacle. Photobooths are also a "must" and should be open from the start. The adjacent pictures show our Giant Connect Four, Giant Light Bright, Giant Mini Sports Arcade, Dance Party Moonbounce (Indoors), Casino, & SiagelCast Photos Of The Event Streaming On The School's Screen.

PHASE 2: Second Area Entertainment (11:00PM - 12:00PM)There is a restlessness that begins to take hold by the end of the first hour as the students wonder if the night has anything else in store for them. It is at this point that we announce that phase 2 will begin when the clock strikes 11:00PM. When it does, the kids gain access to a new area with some sticky entertainment; black light mini golf, brain games, fortune tellers, and a specialty drink station (coffee or Gatorade). It is important to note, the kids have not been allowed to dance for the first two hours of their event! The adjacent pictures show the line forming to access phase 2 and the excitement building. They also show Black Light Golf, Brain Games, & Fortune Tellers.

PHASE 3: Night Club (12:00AM - 2:00AM)As 12:00AM approaches the students hear the DJ's bass kick in and they know its almost time. A queue begins to form at the entrance to the club. When we finally open it, there is a surge of energy and almost everybody heads in to dance. Parents are always most impressed by how we build this up and how well it works. It should be noted that once a program is open, it remains open for the rest of the evening. Kids who are not into the club can continue to enjoy the other programs that have opened throughout the evening. The adjacent pictures show our club DJ setup with drummer accompaniment.

SOUND REINFORCMENT (Please Read):
The sound systems included in most DJ packages are appropriate for crowds of 200 people or less. If your celebration has a higher guest count, we strongly recommend reinforcing the audio package with additional speakers and subwoofers. Neglecting to do this dramatically decreases the quality of the show, risks damaging the equipment, and is not effective at creating or spreading energy. Please see the table below for our recommendations:
Guest Count |
Minimum Sound |
Cost |
