25% Deposit & Signed Agreement Are Still Required To Secure Your Entertainment

Even before you sign up with us, we go to work for you.  From crafting the perfect entertainment package, to coordinating every detail, to staffing and confirming the perfect entertainment troupe, a lot of love goes in to what we do.  By the time your date actually arrives, between five and twenty people from our team have collaborated on your celebration.  For this reason, the deposit is not refundable but may be transferred for an eligible postponement.

POSTPONEMENT POLICY

50% Deposit Transfer For Postponements Due To COVID-19* If Your Event Is Between 1/1/2022 & 7/1/2022

We know that it is difficult to plan an event during times of uncertainty.  That is why we are currently offering flexibility to those who need it.

CANCELLATIONS DUE TO COVID-19

A Portion Of Your Deposit Will Be Converted Into A Credit You May Use On A Different Future Event*

If postponing is not the right decision for your family and you must cancel, we will allow you to use 25% of your deposit as a credit on a different event coming up for your household.
