After a long New England winter and a soggy, reluctant spring, the skies finally opened to give us a truly spectacular summer day—just in time for a large-scale corporate Summer Outing we designed from the ground up. Hosted on the lush grounds of The Pierce House in Lincoln, MA, this event was the perfect fusion of outdoor fun, intentional team building, and immersive tropical vibes.

This wasn’t your typical plug-and-play gathering. We curated and delivered everything from power and restrooms to tenting and logistics, transforming a quiet field into a bustling oasis. Every detail was crafted to support an energetic, seamless experience. Food-wise, our partner caterer knocked it out of the park. Guests enjoyed a steady stream of grilled fare, refreshing açai bowls, and non-stop nibbles that matched the event's upbeat rhythm. 🌴 Island-Inspired Decor
The visual tone was distinctly Tiki with a nautical flair. We opted for linenless tables and sleek wooden chairs to keep the look breezy and modern (and sustainable!). A lush ceiling installation of vines, florals, and hanging lanterns floated above guests as subtle reminders of paradise. We didn’t miss the details—from tiny hanging parrots to stacked wooden crates spilling over with tropical flowers, even shark heads made cameo appearances. The entire space pulsed with vibrant energy and cheeky charm.
