When we say “Black Lit,” we mean it. The Siagel Plannig team had just a few hours to completely flip the Boston Newton Marriott ballroom—and we delivered a full-blown club transformation that hit hard from every angle.
The Setup: Power in Motion
With limited venue access, our team sprang into action, pulling out all the stops. We installed an epic 75-foot stretch of black drape, rigged with a fully controllable LED tube wall that pulsed with rhythm and color, instantly setting the tone for a high-energy night.
The Look: All Black Everything + Neon Edge
This wasn’t your average party decor. We went full throttle with:
A custom-lit DJ booth, flanked by massive 85" TVs
A jaw-dropping light show engineered to transform the room
Our signature black gloss dance floor and matching black lounge furniture
Blacked-out tables accented with neon stretch fabrics and pinspotted floral arrangements
A futuristic, glowing cake as sleek as it was delicious
The ballroom itself was bathed in green and purple uplighting, featuring a custom gobo monogram that personalized the entire space.
The Experience: Interactive, Immersive, Insane
To push the vibe even further, we brought in:
A 360º video booth backed by an LED tube wall
A live airbrush art station for custom swag
And of course, MC Lumyr, who destroyed this party with nonstop energy, mic work, and crowd engagement that kept the dance floor lit from start to finish.
Final Word
This one goes down in the books as one of our sickest club-style transformations ever—a perfect storm of logistics, lighting, and lit-ness. Jody’s “Black Lit Bat Mitzvah” wasn’t just a theme. It was a statement.
