This Boston corporate holiday gala delivered a refined winter celebration designed to feel immersive, elevated, and timeless. Inspired by the theme Frozen in Time, the evening honored the brand’s history while celebrating its continued evolution. Led by the Siagel Event Planning Team, the gala was built around bespoke experiences, interactive guest moments, and layered entertainment—unfolding as a sophisticated seasonal journey that balanced visual impact with thoughtful flow. Even for a group that doesn’t typically gravitate toward dancing, the evening remained dynamic and engaging, offering meaningful ways for every guest to participate and enjoy the celebration.
Winter Disco Holiday Party
This Boston corporate holiday event began as a formal gathering and transformed into a high-energy Winter Disco celebration at Artist for Humanity. Led by MC Nate, the evening flowed seamlessly from polished program moments into full-scale party energy. Snow-like projections, disco balls, mirrored centerpieces, and interactive novelties created nonstop buzz throughout the space. This immersive experience set a new benchmark for Boston event planning, with the Siagel Event Planning & Entertainment teams delivering design, production, and performance at the highest level.
Corporate “Recreation Club” Gala
The 2025 Employee Appreciation Gala transformed the Rhode Island Convention Center into a vibrant recreation club, where guests enjoyed live music, specialty cocktails, interactive games, and sports-inspired design elements that set the tone for an unforgettable evening. From a playful rotunda filled with lounges and novelties to a main room featuring mini golf, ping pong, and the debut of our Foot Frenzy Soccer Dual Challenge, the celebration was a seamless blend of elegance, creativity, and high-energy fun.
Futuristic “Electro-Gala” Corporate Holiday Party
We had the privilege of designing a holiday celebration for an international company, honoring their employees and the bright future ahead. The event was all about vibrant energy, brought to life with unique and dynamic lighting. Guests were greeted by glowing cylindrical totems and orbs, setting the tone from the welcome area to the tables. Glowing pathways led to a futuristic lounge, featuring white, O-shaped benches and a striking ambiance.

50s “Rock-Around-The-Clock” Corporate Gala
Groovy vibes and festive cheer transported guests back to the 50s at the Rhode Island Convention Center! A striking convertible from the era set the scene, parked proudly at the entrance, while vinyl records spun their magic everywhere—some even dangling from the ceiling.
Under The Sea Corporate Holiday Gala
Each year, Amgen’s Rhode Island team comes together for a themed soirée, and this year we took them under the sea. The venue was transformed into an aquatic wonderland, thanks to Balloons Galore, who created an immersive, bubbly vibe with floating balloon sea creatures at the entryway. Inside, neon curtains and giant jellyfish dangled from the ceiling, while towering martini-shaped pedestals overflowed with balloon bubbles.
