For this 2025 corporate gala we transformed the Rhode Island Convention Center into a vibrant recreation club. Guests ascended the escalators into a lively cocktail hour complete with live music and refreshing specialty Arnold Palmer cocktails, setting the tone for the evening. From there, they ventured into a circular rotunda room draped with playful flags overhead and filled with games and lounge spaces to explore, from video games to our brand-new novelty Quick Stick and the always-popular Energycade experiences. When it was time for the main event, guests entered through a stately entryway accented with lush shrubbery and elegant signage, creating the sense that they were stepping into a refined recreational haven. Inside, giant branded screens and a dynamic multi-colored stage welcomed them, with a live band and DJ driving the energy all night long. Multicolored linens paired with sports-inspired centerpieces—drawing from tennis, basketball, golf, and soccer—brought playful sophistication to the tables, while regal banners hung from the rafters celebrated everything from pickleball and chess to video games. On the perimeters, interactive stations kept guests entertained with mini golf, ping pong, and the brand-new Foot Frenzy Soccer Challenge, which quickly became a runaway hit. The symmetrical floor plan was designed with intention, balancing gourmet food stations, bars, and cozy white lounges to break up the dozens of round tables that provided seating for the large group. As the night progressed, the energy soared—thanks to the seamless interplay between the band and DJ Nate from Siagel Productions, who elevated the experience to new heights. With over a decade of designing this annual gala, it’s inspiring to see how our team continues to push creative boundaries and deliver fresh, innovative ways to reimagine the experience year after year, leaving guests both delighted in the moment and eager for what’s to come.
