Set on a 200-acre private golf course in Sharon, Massachusetts — about 25 minutes south of Boston and just off Route 95 — The Cape Club of Sharon is a country club venue that hosts one event at a time, so every celebration has the whole clubhouse to itself. Formerly Spring Valley Country Club, it joined The Cape Club family in 2016, and its championship course, designed by Geoffrey Cornish, dates to 1960. The newly renovated Grand Ballroom features a dramatic cathedral ceiling, elegant chandeliers, an oversized dance floor, and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the fairways, while the grand patio and deck — with fire pits that light up at sunset — are made for cocktail hour, and ceremonies can move outdoors onto the greens. Hosting from 60 to 270 guests, it’s a classic suburban setting for weddings, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, corporate events and golf outings, and milestone celebrations.
