We brought the vibe of an urban Boston club to the heart of Vermont for Violet's unforgettable Bat Mitzvah at the Woodstock Inn. Guests arrived at one of New England’s most charming venues, welcomed by a breathtaking fall ceremony, followed by an energetic reception in the inn's downstairs ballroom. The Woodstock Inn had never seen an event quite like this—a Bat Mitzvah transformed with vibrant, modern details.
Olymics Themed Bat Mitzvah
Talia’s Olympic-themed Bat Mitzvah dazzled with a dark pink, gold, and silver color scheme, with vibrant pink uplighting throughout the venue. At the center was a stunning dance floor wrap featuring a custom "Talia Olympics" logo. Video screens showcased themed Olympic content, while custom centerpieces and a winners’ stand photobooth added special touches. A sleek white lounge with custom pillows made everyone feel like champions, and MC Nate and crew kept the dance floor packed all night long!
Summer Camp Themed Bat Mitzvah
Blake’s Camp-themed Bat Mitzvah welcomed guests with a rustic chic cocktail hour, featuring a woodpile bar and wood-paneled backdrop. Leafy linens, lush greenery, and lanterns glowing with warm light created an inviting ambiance for the adults. As guests entered the main ballroom, towering trees on each table cast autumnal shadows on the walls, illuminated by red and orange hues. Thoughtful details were everywhere: tables were assigned as bunks, sports-themed centerpieces adorned the kids’ area, and the DJ booth was flanked by two massive projection screens sharing themed visuals. The evening was filled with fun, warmth, and the spirit of camp!

50s “Rock-Around-The-Clock” Corporate Gala
Groovy vibes and festive cheer transported guests back to the 50s at the Rhode Island Convention Center! A striking convertible from the era set the scene, parked proudly at the entrance, while vinyl records spun their magic everywhere—some even dangling from the ceiling.
Epic Superhero & Villain Corporate Showdown
hero-themed gala at Boston's Artists for Humanity EpiCenter, where bold blue, gold, and purple decor brings a cityscape to life. Guests enjoy a Gotham bar, ice bar with frozen "weapons," themed lounges, and a villainous "Legion of Doom" dive with props, lasers, and cash bags. Live wall spray-painting, a street band, immersive costumes, aerial performers, and dynamic lighting make this event unforgettable. the in-person celebration with a fresh, exciting twist. That’s where we came in!

Jodi & Steve’s unforgettable fall wedding at Granite Links Golf Club in Quincy, MA! After a decade together, this college-sweetheart duo exchanged vows with Boston’s skyline as their backdrop. From a navy and gold theme to heartfelt personal touches, every detail told their love story. With vibrant autumn colors, a stunning reception, and a lively Hora, this special day was a true celebration of love and joy.
Sporty & Stylish Bar Mitzvah
Luke's sporty, stylish mitzvah made a bold statement as guests entered a temple fully draped in white. The LED dancefloor immediately captured attention, with TVs showcasing custom graphics celebrating Luke, the guest of honor. While adults enjoyed elegant tablescapes with pinspot-lit florals, the kids headed to the sleek black lounge filled with sports games, from traditional foosball and air hockey to Siagel Productions' custom-built "Hoops There It Is" basketball game. A custom-wrapped photo booth featuring Luke's logo kept everyone snapping pics all night, while Emcee Drew and the Siagel squad kept the energy high on the dance floor.

Check out this unforgettable Bat Mitzvah at Boston's Artists for Humanity! We transformed the space into a chic all-white nightclub, featuring our sleek white deco furniture and a stunning floorplan design. The glossy white dance floor was perfectly complemented by a custom LED light show, complete with rotating flower lights and eye-catching visual displays on our video screens—all tailored just for our guest of honor. With Emcee Greg and the Siagel Productions team at the helm, the energy was electric from start to finish!

Eva's Neon Bat Mitzvah at Artists for Humanity in Boston was a vibrant, electric celebration! Guests entered through a dazzling neon tunnel into a raw space transformed into a glowing wonderland. Shimmering drapes surrounded translucent and neon table decor, while colorful lounge furniture added playful pops to the atmosphere.
Intimate Cape Cod Wedding: Love, Unity, and Intention on the Shores of Waquoit Bay
Nestled on the serene shores of Waquoit Bay, this intimate wedding was a true reflection of love, unity, and intention. The couple brought together their closest 50 family members and friends for a sophisticated celebration at one of their family’s homes in New Seabury, Cape Cod. The wedding unfolded across two elegantly decorated tents, offering breathtaking views of the bay as the perfect backdrop for this heartfelt affair.
Under The Sea Corporate Holiday Gala
Each year, Amgen’s Rhode Island team comes together for a themed soirée, and this year we took them under the sea. The venue was transformed into an aquatic wonderland, thanks to Balloons Galore, who created an immersive, bubbly vibe with floating balloon sea creatures at the entryway. Inside, neon curtains and giant jellyfish dangled from the ceiling, while towering martini-shaped pedestals overflowed with balloon bubbles.
Luxe Wedding After-Party At Belle Mer
After an elegant, traditional wedding at Belle Mer in Newport, guests were whisked into a completely transformed space for the after party. We swapped the refined atmosphere for a vibrant, club-inspired scene. Red lighting illuminated the room, reflecting off silver balloons that glowed with a fiery hue. An all-white sound system, sleek trussing, and four intelligent light towers set the tone for an upbeat, energetic vibe.
New York Nightclub Themed Bar Mitzvah
For our latest Bar Mitzvah at the Hilton Boston Park Plaza's underground ballroom, Avenue 34, we transformed the space into a sleek, New York-inspired celebration. The venue’s black ceilings, powder-coated steel beams, and grey and black accents created the perfect backdrop for any color palette.

Jack's Food Network-themed Bar Mitzvah was an unforgettable hit, brought to life by Emcee Dan and our incredible crew! The venue was transformed with stunning gold and blue balloons, LED-lit centerpieces featuring personalized cutouts of Jack's favorite Food Network shows, and breathtaking uplighting in coordinating hues. Guests had a blast in the photobooth, and our amazing team ensured every detail was perfect, creating a night full of energy, fun, and memories that will last a lifetime!

A Super Hero Themed Bar Mitzvah
Step into the ultimate superhero adventure with our urban underground superhero-themed Bar Mitzvah! We transformed the venue into a dynamic cityscape where every detail is designed to immerse guests in action. Custom superhero imprints on chain link fences, glowing red lights, and sleek black lounges set the tone for an edgy, urban vibe. The centerpiece: a diamond-plated bar that’s as bold as your favorite hero. With full-scale projection mapping of thrilling superhero action across the entire ballroom, this event becomes a fully interactive, high-energy experience straight out of a comic book.

Guests stepped into a dramatically lit space where illuminated basketball-inspired centerpieces stole the show. A vibrant mix of lighting from above and below created the perfect atmosphere for an energetic and unforgettable party. The room’s centerpiece, an impressive LED wall, brought the basketball theme to life with lively videos, dynamic graphics, and custom content designed just for Jack.
